This policy explains how cancellations, date changes, and refunds work for bookings made through this Platform. It applies alongside — not instead of — the Deals rules of the airline you booked with.
1. Two layers of rules
Every booking carries two sets of conditions: (a) the Supplier's Deals rules, set by the airline at the time of booking, which decide whether a Deals is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable, and (b) our own service fee, charged for processing the change or cancellation, which is separate from anything the airline retains.
2. Cancelling a booking
- Free cancellation window: most Dealss can be cancelled free of our service fee within 24 hours of booking, provided the flight departs more than 7 days later — the airline's own Deals condition still applies.
- Refundable Dealss: the airline Deals component is refunded per the Deals rules; our service fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
- Non-refundable Dealss: only Government taxes and certain airline fees may be refundable; the base Deals is forfeited per the airline's policy.
3. Date and name changes
Date changes are permitted where the Deals allows, subject to any Deals difference, the airline's change fee, and our service fee. Name corrections for minor spelling errors are usually possible for a fee; a full name change is treated as a new booking by most airlines.
4. Refund timelines
- Once a refund is approved by the airline, we initiate it to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Banks and card networks may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund in your account or statement.
- Refunds for cash/UPI/wallet payments are generally faster and reflect within 3–7 business days.
5. Airline-initiated cancellations or schedule changes
If the airline cancels or significantly reschedules your flight, you are typically entitled to a full refund of the airline Deals or a free rebooking, at your choice, in line with the airline's own policy and applicable passenger-rights regulations. We will help you process this at no additional service fee.
6. Add-ons (seats, baggage, insurance)
Optional add-ons purchased at the time of booking follow their own supplier's terms — for example, most seat-selection and extra baggage fees are non-refundable once ticketed, while travel insurance premiums are refundable only within the insurer's free-look period.
7. How to request a cancellation or refund
Go to "My Bookings", select your trip, and choose "Cancel booking" or "Request refund", or contact our support team with your booking reference. We will show you the exact refundable amount, including any deductions, before you confirm the cancellation.
8. Force majeure
In cases of extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics), refund eligibility follows the airline's and regulator's special policies issued for that event, which we will communicate as they become available.
